How the Thermal Conductivity Test Works
Beaumont Advanced Processing offers multiple material characterization tests. Below is a description of our Thermal Conductivity Test provided by lab manager Jacob Trott: We perform thermal conductivity measurements utilizing the transient plane heat source (hot disc) method. The TPS thermal constants analyzer allows us to utilize a very thin, nickel spiral sensor for very precise and sensitive temperature measurements. Beaumont Advanced Processing has renewed its cleanroom certification for another 12-month period. The cleanroom was tested under the requirements of IEST RP CC0006.3 testing of cleanrooms and was certified to ISO Class 8 requirements. The air system of BAP’s cleanroom meets the requirements of ISO Class 7 regulations.
